SHARING : Inclusion and interaction in a group


As a native speaker, Lea has noticed that a lot of English learners are intimitated when they have to speak English, which is natural.

Still, they are ten times more intimidated to speak in a group! Probably everyone is afraid of being judged or even laughed at. This idea can be imaginary, because native speakers are often tolerant!

At the same time, Lea can understand this fear, because she is afraid to speak in public herself, even when it’s in English, her first language. She absolutely has to work on this issue because she wants to find a job where she would feel involved, and where she would actively participate in projects.
